• Commerce Digi LLC: The service provider offering digital services.

• Deliverables: The final digital materials or files provided to the Client.

Engagement of Services

• The Client agrees to hire Commerce Digi LLC for the work outlined in the project agreement.
• Commerce Digi LLC agrees to provide the services within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Terms

• Payment details will be specified in the project agreement.
• Commerce Digi LLC may require a deposit or milestone payments before work begins.
• Additional work or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges.

Project Timeline

• Commerce Digi LLC will provide an estimated timeline for project completion.
• The timeline may change due to unforeseen circumstances or revisions requested by the Client.

Revisions

• The Client is entitled to a set number of revisions, as specified in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

Ownership and Rights

• Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables.
• Commerce Digi LLC may showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
• The Client must pay for any completed work up to the termination date.

Liability

• Commerce Digi LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from the use of the final deliverables.
